I learned today of a male American Three-toed Woodpecker that was observed by Gray Jay researchers on Thursday, March 12, at the parking lot of the Trailer Sanitation Station located at km 35.6 on Highway 60. Unfortunately, the bird was not seen when the area was checked on the weekend.
