A Northern Mockingbird and Brown > Thrasher were moving along the West side. There were two Marsh Wrens, one > near the Tip and one at the Solar Panel. Someone spotted a Virginia Rail near > the Solar Panel as well. > > Further north of the Tip, Red-headed Woodpecker was spotted at the Sparrow > Field. > > A just received report of a Henslow's Sparrow along the West Beach Trail > about 50m south of the West Beach Parking lot. Please remember to stay on > trail and respect the birding code of ethics when looking for this or any > other rare bird in the Park. > > There was an American Bittern in a tree along the Redbud Trail. > > A Cerulean Warbler was found on the Chinquapin Trail, at the north end of > Tilden Woods.
