Hi Ontbirders

There is a nice variety of waders at Blenheim Lagoons. Highlights are early
White-rumped and Semipalmated Sandpipers. There are over 700 Dunlin and 7
Short-billed Dowitchers as well.

We also saw one of the red saddlebags dragonflies - not sure which.

Blenheim lagoons are on Lagoon road west o Blenheim. A permit and gate code
are required for access.
