I hope it's ok to post here, but I thought it's important for all those, i.e.
everyone, concerned about the success of the Piping Plovers possibly nesting on
the island to point out that Gibralter Point artists' studio is having a
celebration on May 30 which may include events on the beach, possibly near the
birds.
Don't know what can be done to protect the birds, if the location of the nest
is even known, if there even is a nest...
Just a heads' up.
