Some people have questioned whether there might be 2 birds. This bird has very short (2 or 3 inch) plumes on the head that are not visible unless bird bends its head way down. Last weeks bird had plumes at least 1 foot long. I suspect a loss or moult of the plumes. 2 birds seems very unlikely to me Bird still actively feeding Mike
