This morning a couple hours ago I had a Says Phoebe hunting and sitting in a recently harvested tomato field. It actually spent a lot of time that I saw it just sitting on the ground but was also up on nearby buildings.
The bird was visible from the road but hasn't been seen recently. I did get a couple poor photos which shows the salmon colour underneath.
