Weather:
Some additional cloud cover did little to dampen our continuing run of
beautiful conditions. Blue skies and plenty of sun predominated, muffled
slightly by the high clouds. The wind was again light and out of the east,
shifting southeast late.

Raptor Observations:
One big highlight salvaged an otherwise slow day. Around noon, a Black
Vulture wandered through the viewing area, offering up pleasing looks to
the four overjoyed observers below. Only the fifth Black Vulture in the
count's history, the last was seen on November 3, 2013.

Non-raptor Observations:
Blue Jay (12000+), Red-winged Blackbird (40+), Chimney Swift (5),
Yellow-bellied Sapsucker (1), Swainson's Thrush (1), Black-and-white
Warbler (1), Blackpoll Warbler (1), Black-throated Green Warbler (3),
Lesser Yellowlegs (4), Killdeer (2), Forster's Tern (1), Caspian Tern (6),
Monarch (216)

Predictions:
Mostly cloudy with highs in the mid 70s and strong east wind.
