Today I spend 3.5 productive hours at the hawk watch and the Hudsonian
Godwit was showing well on the mudflats opposite the south observation
tower for about 45 minutes around 2:00 pm. The Snow Geese were with a
loose group of about 300 Canada Geese feeding in the field east of Halls
Road just north of Cranberry Marsh and easily seen with Binoculars. Other
shorebirds: 9 Pectoral Sandpipers, 5 Lesser Yellowlegs and 3 Dunlin.

Directions: exit the 401 at Brock Street (not Brock Road); Victoria (2
blocks); west to Halls Road.
