At 4:30 this afternoon there were 7 Ross's Geese, plus two birds that were mostly Ross's Goose but appeared to have some Snow Goose genes, in the field on the NE corner of Front Rd. and the Walsingham W 1/4 Line. This is about half a km. west of the Lee Brown WMA on the Front Rd. west of Port Royal. One wonders what has triggered this influx of Ross's Geese into the province.
