It is with great sadness that I announce the passing of a very good friend,
Maris Apse. He died last evening (March 8) after suffering a massive stroke
on Sunday at Grand Bend.
Maris was a staunch supporter of OFO and a well-known field trip leader. He
was well-liked by all and needless to say, will be terribly missed.
Visitation is at the Hoffman Funeral Home in Dashwood, 118 Main St. (ph.
519-237-3532) on Sunday March 13 from 2-5 p.m.
Funeral is Monday March 14 at 1 p.m. at Hoffman Funeral Home.
