We spotted and watched a pair of Juvenile Rough-legged Hawks at the east end of
Amherst Island yesterday
they were hunting in a field at the very east end of the Island
there were lots of Ducks along the shore line ( Mallards, Common Goldeneye,
Barrows Goldeneye, Canvasback, Lesser Scaup, and Hooded Merganser )
