Shorebird watching is one of birding's great pleasures. The Ontario Field Ornithologists is hosting 10 shorebird viewing sessions at Hillman Marsh Shorebird Cell near Point Pelee. Join OFO experts to hone your identification skills. Everyone is welcome.
When: April 30 and May 2, 4, 6, 7, 8, 10, 12, 14, 17 Time: 4:00 - 6:00 p.m. Admission: Conservation Authority staff will be selling passes at the gate on the above dates. Purchase a $6 day pass at gate. Also available, annual pass and spring Hillman birding pass. OFO partners: Essex Region Conservation Authority (ERCA), Point Pelee National Park, and Pelee Wings Nature Store and Kowa Sporting Optics will provide spotting scopes to enhance shorebird viewing.
