Just to give an update. Willie D'Anna found and photographed the Grace's Warbler just north of the tip (<100m) at 06:56. The bird was seen very briefly before being observed flying south. A few of us had the bird fly over the tip reversing at 07:00, with which it was photographed. It has not been seen since.
