800 Black-bellied Plovers already here with small flocks flying in all the time. Also 20 Ruddy Turnstones, lots Dunlin, 50 Semipalmated Plovers, 2 White-rumped and other peeps, and more. Jeremy Bensette just spotted a Stilt Sandpiper. We're watching a large Fox Snake stalking the shorebirds. Quite dramatic.
