Alfred Raab found a Willet at 8:10 this morning on the North Oliphant beach. I refound it at 10:30 a little more south of there, the nearest address is 95 Shoreline Ave., across the road from this address where several gulls, Caspian Terns and the odd Great Egret or two also hang out, beyond the Tree Swallow boxes. I obtained a few record photos. There is plenty of long vegetation for the Willet to disappear in. Hwy 6 to Bruce Rd. 13 (eventually turns into Oliphant Way), drive all the way to the end, you will see the large Oliphant sign. Turn right onto Shoreline Ave. Go a little past 95 Shoreline Ave. and look on your left side. The bird may, of course, move around to other areas in the north flats.
