Hi there, Late this afternoon I observed 16 Trumpeter Swans (11 adults and 5 juveniles) on McGowan Lake. Through my binocular view I could not discern tags on any of the birds. This lake is visible from Hwy 7 and located approximately 20 km west of Perth. At the west end of the lake there's a road called Old Brooke which provides a safe place to pull over and scope the lake.
