Olga Klekner, Phyllis Coble, Theresa Lindsey

Visitors:
Today was the first day Jeanece, Phyllis, and Theresa(also known as the
Tennessee Trio), are up for their annual visit.

Weather:
Great day for raptor migration! Though it was a little chilly, we had the
perfect clouds and great moderately strong Northwesterly winds!

Raptor Observations:
A great day on the tower for raptor migration, with 6150 individuals of 12
species. Excellent flights of Turkey Vultures(5350), Red-tailed Hawks(483),
and Golden Eagles(9). The first Golden Eagle was spotted by Dave M. at
12:10 local time, followed by 13:10, 13:20, 14:00, 3 birds at 14:30, and
the last at 15:35, all local times.
On another note, photo's show that the possible Swainson's Hawk from
Saturday is not a Swainson's.

Non-raptor Observations:
5,470 American Crows today, and a Black-crowned Night-Heron starting to get
late. For the full eBird checklist, go to
http://ebird.org/ebird/view/checklist/S32212909

Predictions:
Similar to today, just slightly less winds and less clouds. Hopefully it
will be another good day!
