At 9:00am this morning there was a female Harlequin Duck working the rocks around the Cobourg lighthouse on both sides; plus 3 Red-throated Loons south of the breakwater and visible only from the end of the headland looking east. Directions: Continue from the foot of Division Street out onto the pier; then drive west to the parking area at the north end of the harbour and walk out onto the headland.
