Hi Everyone,
For any winter listers out there, the first winter male western sandpiper
is still at the Blenheim Sewage Lagoons.  It was first seen there on
November 13th and has been seen most (but not every) days since.  It was
with 11 dunlin today on the mudflat in the last pond on the right.  The
flock moved around a bit and flew a few times but they always landed back
on the mudflat, once quite close to the bubbly pond.  See record photos on
my eBird list today.

Directions
The lagoons are 1 km west of the town of Blenheim (Chatham-Kent) on Lagoon
Road north off Highway 3 (Talbot Trail).


Permit (free) required to enter lagoons. The quickest way to get one is to
