Still a great assortment of white winged gulls at the Haliburton Landfill today. Thayer's Gull - 1 first winter bird. Glaucous Gull - 1 first winter bird Iceland Gull - at least 4 birds present, all first cycle..ranging from very pale to dark. Also "Northern" Herring Gull - at least 1 bird Haliburton Dump is located on Industrial Park Rd., off CR 21, just SW of the village of Haliburton.
