sorry for the delayed email. Today at around 1 PM, I was heading north on the DVP and, on the west side near York Mills exit, spotted what appeared to be a juvenile bald eagle sitting in a tree. It was in the fairly wooded area about 100 ft west of the DVP. I was driving, so my look was fleeting and limited, but the size and colour and today's lighting would leave me fairly confident in what I saw.
