Hello Ontario birders The Virginia Rail is still present at McGeachy Pond Conservation Area in Erieau
Thanks Steve C. and Jeremy H. for finding this great bird in January and letting us know :) McGeachy Pond is located just on the edge of Erieau (South East of Chatham). From Highway #3 take #12 South for about 10km's and it will be on the West side of the road (look for the sign and small parking lot). The bird was seen approximately 200m North West of the tower.
