Yesterday, May 18, while scanning the numerous ducks and shorebirds at the
Hillman Marsh Shorebird Cell, I was made aware of the presence of two Western
Willets and a number of Short Billed Dowitchers by another birder.
Additionally, there were 14 Black Bellied Plovers, Northern Shovelers, Ruddy
Turnstones and other ducks and shorebirds. Apologies for the late posting.
Hillman Marsh is approximately 5.6 km east of Leamington on Oak St./Mersea Rd.
2.
