Though weather conditions were wet, there were many migrants in the Park.

Most were species one would expect at this date, and so many birds have been
reported that a Fallout likely occurred.

22 species of warbler were reported, including CANADA, MOURNING, BLUE-WINGED,
HOODED and CONNECTICUT.

The Tip had a good number of birds with multiple sightings of CANADA, MOURNING,
TENNESSEE and singles of BLUE-WINGED, AMERICAN REDSTART, etc. A MEADOWLARK was
found on the west side near the Tram loop, and five RED-THROATED LOONS were
seen flying by a not long after dawn.

Further north on the Woodland Trail there were multiple sightings of common
species, as well as a CONNECTICUT WARBLER heard halfway between posts 5 and 6.
The PROTHONOTARY WARBLERS are being consistently reported between bridges A and
B, as well as at bridge F. Also reported from bridge F was a YELLOW-THROATED
VIREO.

Many flycatcher species have been noted, including YELLOW-BELLIED, OLIVE-SIDED
and WILLOW.
