Hi I also observed the Brown Pelican between 8:30 and 9:00 mostly to the south of Buoy #1, feeding on the U.S. side. In addition there is a report of a Red-throated Loon between the train bridge and the Underwater recovery unit. This location is south of Bowen Road on the Niagara Parkway.
