Further to Marg Bain's note at 11:15 today, the adult Laughing Gull is still at Cobourg pier at 12:30. It's sleeping on the pier among other gulls, about 50 ' from the barrier. It may be there for a while.
Also,a lone Brant was on the lake east of the pier and 3 Whimbrel flew back and forth along the stone pier.
