Hello There are reports that the Brown Pelican was seen yesterday (June 2) on the Buffalo side of the Niagara River. When I have more details I will post.
Marcie Jacklin A navigation chart can be found on the noaa web site. The chart number is 14832. It shows the Canada/U.S. border and the buoys. Observed from the Niagara Parkway close to the end of Bowen Toad. There is a pull off on the river side.
