MORGANS rd east of Newcastle. The adult Yellow-crowned Night Heron that was posted to ebird lastnight was present till 9am when it flew west from the small pond it had been at for apparently the last few days. It was at a small pond visible at #3147 Morgans rd. There are several private ponds in the immediate area with some visible from roadside. People are looking around the area now. DirectionMorgans rd runs north from hwy 2 midway between Newcastle and Newtonville.
