The bird was still present when I left at about 1:30pm. It was foraging in the meadow/successional growth area west of the water tower and east of the two ponds (maybe a 100-200m diameter area) and making periodic flights.
Park in the parking lot by the dog run area and walk west towards the field. There's an old fence around the meadow area but there numerous large gaps/holes cut in the fence you can easily walk through to access the meadow. Once inside, there are several walking paths transecting the meadow. Marie Curtis Park is on Lakeshore Blvd in Mississauga, just east of Dixie Road.
