Charlotte England says she's positive she saw a Magnificent Frigatebird at about 2:30pm at Woodbine and Queen at the beaches. She was walking back from grocery shopping so no photos. After Sarah Rupert posted a photo of the one down at Pelee and she said she saw a bird that looked exactly like this, and the one she saw had a white throat.
