The Red-necked Phalarope originally found by Fred Urie and reported this morning by Owen Yates was still present at 11 a.m. this morning when we left there.
401W to exit 286 Turn right onto Townline Rd. Turn left onto Melran Dr. Turn left onto River Rd./Queen St. The lookout from Ellicott landing is approx. 500 m on your right. The phalarope was straight out (more or less) from the viewing area, around 200 m. or so.
