Hi all, I apologize for the late post, but I was at the Exeter lagoons on the 3rd of September and found a bird that looked like it had some traits similar to a sharp-tailed. I've contacted some expert birders, and quite a few say it looks perfect for sharp-tailed. But some also say it looks like an odd, or even a normal juv. pectoral sandpiper. However, it would be good if others could see it as well and possibly get better photos. My photos and details will be on my ebird checklist below.
If you have any questions about the bird, or would like to share your opinion, feel free to email me privately. https://ebird.org/ebird/view/checklist/S38986764 The lagoons are on the western side of Exeter at the end of Wellington St W. Good birding! Riley _______________________________________________ ONTBIRDS is presented by the Ontario Field Ornithologists (OFO) - the provincial birding organization.
