Weather:
In a word HOT.  Virtually no clouds till mid-afternoon and even not more
than 30%. Winds were light and variable.

Raptor Observations:
A very similar flight to the past several days with a total of 128 birds of
6 different species.

Non-raptor Observations:
Lots of non-raptors today... Eastern Pewee, Gray Catbirds, Pileated and
Red-bellied Woodpeckers, Eastern Phoebe, RB and WB Nuthatches, several
warbler species... Magnolia, N. Parula, Bay-breasted, Am. Redstart, Common
Yellowthroat, Chestnut-sided, Gray-cheeked Thrush, Tufted Titmouse, RT
Hummingbirds, Common Loon, Lincoln and Song Sparrows, E. Towhee, Caspian
Tern and 264 Blue Jays.

Monarch tally for today: 250
Also Painted Lady.

Predictions:
Perhaps a positive to start with light NE winds but they'll eventually
swing back round to the SE again. And VERY HOT for the day tomorrow!
