Weather: Continued very hot with light S winds and temp getting to a high of 31C but feeling more like 38C. Some cloud cover in the morning that started to burn away as the day progressed. Raptor Observations: Another small flight with only 71 birds total... Sharpies (35), Am. Kestrels (17), a lone Osprey, a couple of Cooper's Hawks, just a few Broadwings (7) and Merlins (3) and a single Peregrine. Non-raptor Observations: Some non-raptors were reported for today... Canada Geese, RT Hummingbird, RC Kinglet, Am. Robins, Winter Wren, Black-throated Blue and Blackpoll Warbler, N. Cardinal, Gray Catbird, BC Chickadee, Downy and Red-bellied Woodpecker, N.
