Several other visitors. Weather: Winds started out of the southwest, and eventually started switching to the west and northwest in the afternoon. Sky was almost perfect for hawkwatching, lots of clouds on the blue sky. Raptor Observations: A good flight of Am. Kestrel today (136), along with a small trickle of Broad-wings (54). Non-raptor Observations: 1190 Blue Jays were counted migrating over today, but the highlight of the day was an Am. White Pelican that flew over along the shoreline heading West towards the end of the day.
