Weather: Complete cloud cover again today and unsettled weather with some rain in the 1-hour. Temp to a high of 16C and winds light and variable. Raptor Observations: Just 3 birds today once the rain stopped and they were a couple of Sharpies and a single Cooper's Hawk. Non-raptor Observations: Better non-raptors today...RC and GC Kinglets, Canada Geese, Pileated Woodpecker, YB Sapsucker, N. Flickers, Yellow-rumped Warbler, Brown Creeper, BC Chickadees, Eastern Bluebirds, Common Grackles, RW Blackbirds, Am. Robins, Eastern Towhee, White-throated Sparrows, House Wren, Eastern Phoebe and Am. Crows. Blue Jay count: 670 Monarch count: 8 Predictions: Strong SW winds are predicted for Sunday... so the question is... are there any more Peregrines in the pipe?
