Observation start time: 08:00:00
Observation end time: 14:00:00
Total observation time: 5.5 hours

Official Counter: Sean Jenniskens

Observers: Bob Hall-Brooks, Dan Lumm, Jeanice Seals, Phyllis Coble

Visitors:
Bob Hall-Brooks came up the tower briefly around noon. 2/3 of the Tennessee
Trio showed up today shortly before the afternoon rain, as well as Dan and
his companions.

Weather:
A cold, damp, windy day. Rain off and on for the morning, and again around
3pm local time - ending the count. Strong south and southwest winds all
day.

Raptor Observations:
A bit of a Turkey Vulture flight was somewhat surprising in the strong
southwest winds. Not a lot else seemed interested in flying.

Non-raptor Observations:
795 Tree Swallows were counted fighting the winds and heading west. Full
ebird checklist here: https://ebird.org/ebird/view/checklist/S40107280

Predictions:
Chance of rain again tomorrow though mainly in the morning, winds predicted
to be fairly strong still but out of the west.
