Owen Ridgen just texted saying that they have located the bird in Bate's subdivision on 2nd Street.
Also present is a Ross's Goose, two Snow Geese, Tufted Titmice, Blackpoll Warbler, and a possible Oregon junco. I will hopefully be on the scene in a couple hours! Bate's subdivision is just North of Rondeau, and is accessed of Kent Bridge rd.
