Weather: Completely cloudy today with moderate NW winds that eventually backed slightly to WNW. Temp remained steady at 1C. Raptor Observations: Not many birds moving despite the somewhat favourable winds to start... likely due to the wind backing round to the WNW. A total of 10 birds today with singles only of TV, N. Harrier, Sharpie and Cooper's Hawk... the rest were Red-shoulders (2) and Redtails (4). Non-raptor Observations: Some non-raptors reported including... E.
