Weather: Overcast to start but clearing by mid-morning and mostly sunny skies for rest of the count period. Winds were SW for the day. Temp started at -1C and got to a high of 5C. Raptor Observations: A small flight today with a total of 73 birds... TVs (55), Redtails (11), N. Harriers (2) and singles each of Am. Kestrel, Sharpie, Cooper's Hawk, N. Goshawk and Golden Eagle.
