Observation start time: 09:00:00
Observation end time: 16:00:00
Total observation time: 4.5 hours

Official Counter: Sean Jenniskens

Observers: Jim McCoy, Michael Williamson

Visitors:
Mike joined me for most of the day, both while waiting out the rain, and
after the rain stopped. Jim also came up for the seasons end.

A big thank you to everyone that helped out on the tower this year, whether
it was keeping company on some of the slower days, or helping spot during
the busy days, the help was greatly appreciated.

Weather:
Rain from around 10am until 12:30 temporarily paused the count. Winds were
moderate and southwesterly.

Raptor Observations:
A grand total of 4 birds on the last count day of the season. 3 adult
Red-tails, and a young Peregrine. It was an enjoyable day despite the rain
on the tower, and the afternoon ended up sunny and beautiful.

Non-raptor Observations:
Passerine migrating was seemingly at a halt today, only 18 Cedar Waxwings
were noted. The marsh definitely seems to have at least started clearing
out - significantly fewer ducks were seen today compared to some recent
counts. Though this does make sense as the Fall season has come to a
close.
