Hi Mark,

I watched the link to the Mistle Thrush on this site and was not happy to
see that the bird was being flushed during the making of the video.  This is
clearly a violation of the birding code of ethics and I was surprised to see
the video being made available via the OFO site.  Under the stressful
conditions that were obviously being experienced by the bird that day,
flushing it repeatedly could have serious implications for its survival.
And what was the purpose of this video?  Was it documenting the species?
(NO, it had already been well documented).  So why allow the link?

I was very disappointed to see a video like this accessible through
ONTBIRDS.
