At noon today there was a Ross's Goose at the Exeter Lagoons with upwards of 
700 Tundra Swans. Ross's was on north berm of western most cell.Keep in mind 
the lagoons are only accessible weekends while construction continues.The 
lagoons are accessible off Airport Line 600 meters south of Hwy 83.An access 
permit must be displayed on your dash and may be obtained at the municipal 
office in Exeter. Do not block the entrance, and walk in.CheersRick Thornton
