Looking at photos of this bird on ebird reports - it's really pale overall, 
under-tail coverts are very pale gray, the extent of black at the base of the 
under-tail is very limited and the outer web of the outermost tail feather is 
white.
African Collared Dove or some variation of such [or hybrid] seems a closer 
match than Eurasian. Just my two cents....
