The Ruff is still present this morning near Kinburn. Great views initially but it has now flown to the extreme back of the flooded fields, scope required.
Take the Antrim exit off Hwy 417, head east 100 meters, then north on old 17 until you hit the flooded field on the left, approx 2 km.
