At about 12:20 pm today the Cattle Egret was with a herd of cows and calves
(white; Charolais?) on the west side of Huff Rd., about 1.6 km south of County
Road 2. Huff Rd. runs south from CR 2 about 1.6 km west of Brighton or about 10
km east of Colborne.
The grass is quite long in places, and I didn't see it on my first pass. Don't
give up too quickly.

A Cattle Egret has been seen by many birders this morning on the west side of
Huff Rd, near Presqu’ile PP. It has been seen with both groups of cattle
opposite to the barns on the west side of the road.

There are also Cliff Swallows and field birds at this location.
