It's that time of year again!
This evening I briefly observed a female Dickcissel on Scotland Drive south of London, where they bred last year. So far just the female, but hopefully it is just a matter of time before a couple males will join her. The "Dickcissel spot" is on Scotland Drive south of the 401, pretty much exactly one kilometer west of Highbury Avenue. Look for a couple seemingly abandoned semi-trailers, the field will be opposite to them, beside the house.
