Folks.  There is a Dowitcher species at the Exeter Lagoons in the East most 
cell. The water is drawn down and there is excellant habitat. I am identifying 
it as a 'possible' Short Billed. It is definitely a dowitcher.Exeter is north 
of London. On.  And the lagoons are off Airport Line south of 83 Highway.An 
access permit is required from South Huron Municipality obtainable from the 
Exeter town office.
