Hello,
This morning from my back deck, I was entertained by three Peregrine Falcons. What look to be, two juveniles and one adult. The show last over an hour, before I was the one to have to leave. The juveniles mostly soared with the up drafts from the southern face of King Mountain. The adult made some wonderful to observe swoops and dives, rocketing through the mountain tree tops and across the face of the bare rocks. At one point, all three falcons teamed up on one Turkey Vulture. Contact was made on the vulture, sending the falcon and the vulture tumbling into a valley at the base of the mountain. King Mountain can be observe from the base of Kelly Rd and the Mountain Rd in Chelsea, Quebec.
