About 2:30pm this afternoon there was an almost pure white Snowy Owl (presumably adult male) in the first ploughed field on the west side of Grey Road 14 north of Arthur. When first seen it was on the shoulder of the road but then flew a short distance into the field and landed. It was close enough that it could be seen very clearly without binoculars.
